Portraits of your family are lovingly created with the utmost care. Details are priority and with a bit of paint, heart and a whole lot of time spent accurately painting these artworks, they are most definitely a priceless gift.
All portraits are painted on coldpressed 300GSM, high quality cotton watercolour paper.
Listing is for the full cost of the painting which is required at the time of booking.
Please contact myself via socials or email to discuss reference imagery and for an accurate waitlist time. Depending on your position in the queue your work will generally commence 1-2 weeks from payment. An approximate timeframe will be advised by email.
You will receive an initial graphite sketch to approve before painting commences. Once final painting is complete you will receive communication regarding postage timeframes.
Postage
Your portrait will be packaged with great care. Paintings are protected by a BOPP plastic sleeve, additional card and posted in a flat, rigid envelope.
If for any reason your painting is damaged in transit despite the protective packaging please contact Portraits By Hayley immediately. Detailed images of the damage must be provided. Portraits By Hayley will also launch an investigation with Australia Post. If we are satisfied the damage has been caused by Australia Post I will complete a new portrait at no extra cost. Refunds however will not be issued for damage or loss in transit. Time taken for new paintings in this instance will commence ASAP but please expect a similar turn around to your original work.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include standard registered post within Australia. If you are enquiring outside of Australia please contact before purchasing.
Portraits By Hayley reserves the right to update prices at any point. However, once your payment has been received that price is reserved until work is completed or for 12 months.
I do not reserve portraits for later dates. If for any reason you are unable to proceed with your painting during the first 48 hours you are entitled to a full refund. After this period only a partial refund of 50% will be offered.
